About the presentation: We live in an experience economy where experience drives people’s expectations and behaviors, even while at work. Therefore, the employee experience is a major driver of engagement, retention, and customer experience. As a result, progressive HR functions are becoming more experience-centric.

Attendees will:

  • Explore the rising importance of employee experience to business and people outcomes.
  • Identify how the experience of work differs from customer experience in important ways.
  • Distinguish what is an experience-centric organization and what gets in the way of becoming one.
  • Learn definitions, frames and approaches that have been effective for leaders of employee experience worldwide.
  • Understand how organizations can successfully become more experience-centric and the role played by HR in this evolution.

Re-certification Credits: 1 hour general HRCI and 1 SHRM professional development credit (PDC) will be shared with attendees after the meeting.
