EVENTS

BNHRC provides many programming opportunities for members and guests to network with local professionals, learn more about HR-related topics, and earn SHRM and HRCI recertification credits. Online registration is required for members and guests for most events in advance.

Monthly chapter events are virtual and typically held on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 11:50 am - 1:00 pm. Registration fees for monthly chapter events are included in annual membership dues. Guests will be charged any applicable registration fees at time of registration that must be paid in accordance with our event payment policies.

    About the presentation:  

    -Have you ever wondered how most companies approach employee safety through ergonomics? 

    -Or how to create more comprehensive or proactive ergonomic initiatives? 

    -What about how to optimize your personal long-term comfort while staying highly productive?

    If so, you will not want to miss our January chapter meeting.

    Our guest speaker, Certified Professional Ergonomist, Kevin Butler, will cover these important topics and leave plenty of room for questions.  Please be ready to stay engaged and be entertained.  And bring your burning questions.  Participants will learn how companies approach employee safety through ergonomics and the importance of creating comprehensive and proactive ergonomic initiatives. We look forward to hearing from and seeing you soon.

      • Ham Deluxe - Ham, leafy lettuce, tomato, on an All-butter Croissant and assorted cheeses. Includes chips, pickle, and chocolate chip cookie.
      • Nutty-Mixed Up Salad - Grilled, 100% antibiotic-free chicken breast, grapes, strawberries, cranberry-walnut mix, organic field greens, and feta with balsamic vinaigrette and chocolate chip cookie.
      • Veggie Sandwich – Organic spinach, guacamole, hummus, Roma tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, on an Ancient Grain bun with Fresh fruit and chocolate chip cookie.

      Recertification credits: 3-hour general HRCI and 3 SHRM professional development credit (PDC) will be shared with attendees after the meeting. HRCI Business credits pending.
