Program Title: Retaining Employees: Using Stay Interviews Effectively


    About the training: There is more to preventing turnover than just hoping people won't leave. Discover the concept of stay interviews and how to utilize them to drive down departures and build open communication. Practice questioning and active listening skills with relevant examples and scenarios. Leave this workshop with a strategy that benefits your employees and organization.


    Re-certification Credits: 2-hour general HRCI and 2 SHRM professional development credit (PDC) will be shared with attendees after the meeting. Credit request pending.



        


    Attendance eligibility: This event will be initially offered to members only. Anyone can attend in place of an active BNHRC member. 

     

    Registration deadline: Registration will be available until full. A waitlist will be used if capacity is reached.
