About the presentation: The Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act will make Illinois just the third state to pass a law mandating paid leave for ALL employees for any reason. While the law does not go into effect until January 1, 2024, now is the time to review your current policies and practices and consider what you will need to do to be in compliance with this new law.

Re-certification Credits: 1-hour general HRCI and 1 SHRM professional development credit (PDC) will be shared with attendees after the meeting.
Anyone can attend in place of an active BNHRC member. Guests are also welcomed to attend. The guest fee is $15 and must be paid by the registration deadline.
