About our Virtual Roundtables: 

• Roundtables are designed for BNHRC members to have an open discussion and a safe space to share and learn from each other. 
• These discussions are virtual, taking place via Zoom breakout rooms, and will not be recorded.
• A guest may attend in place of a BNHRC member and will be asked to include the BNHRC member's name on their registration.

Has your organization struggled with employee engagement and/or satisfaction? Has anything changed since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic? Do you use employee satisfaction surveys within your organization? Based on feedback from employees, have you implemented anything new at your organization to increase employee satisfaction/engagement? We'll talk about these questions and more!
