Meeting Topic: Understanding Productivity Styles as a Supervisor
Speaker: Christina Schulz - Director, Business and Industry Solutions - Heartland Community College
About the presentation: An important lens in which to consider our contributions at work is through that of our productivity style. In this session, we’ll generate new insights about the well-regarded styles of Prioritizer, Planner, Arranger, and Visualizer. Participants will leave with strategies for supervising work in ways that help each style shine, individually and collectively.
Meeting Agenda:
Re-certification Credits: 1-hour general HRCI and 1 SHRM professional development credit (PDC) will be shared with attendees after the meeting.
Anyone can attend in place of an active BNHRC member. Guests are also welcomed to attend. The guest fee is $15 and must be paid by the registration deadline.
