About the presentation: In this session, participants will learn the necessary components to engage in and sustain meaningful equity centered efforts of an organization. In many organizations across the globe, Human Resources departments have assumed the role of equity, diversity, and inclusion leaders. This presentation provides theoretical concepts & tangible actions that can be adopted to ensure the equity lens is embedded in a given organization.

Re-certification Credits: 1 hour general HRCI and 1 SHRM professional development credit (PDC) will be shared with attendees after the meeting.
