Speaker: Faith Stipanovich, SHRM Field Services Director
About the presentation: Leading Forward focuses on how to become a leader/great leader; Servant Leadership; how to work with anyone; and developing those around you.
Attendees will walk away with information on the 4 Levels of Leadership; an understanding of the differences between leading and managing; identifying and working with various learning styles; characteristics of a Servant Leader and how to be a Servant Leader; plus, tools for developing others to be leaders.
Re-certification Credits: 1 hour general HRCI and 1 SHRM professional development credit (PDC) will be shared with attendees after the meeting. Credits pending.
Meeting Agenda:
Meal included for members! Active BNHRC members attending a virtual meeting (or someone attending in their place) will have the option to receive a Grub Hub e-gift card to cover the cost of lunch (meal costs are factored into membership dues).
