Join BNHRC for our next HR Virtual Roundtable on Thursday, July 14th from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm! 


Roundtables are designed for BNHRC members to have an open discussion and a safe space to share and be heard. These discussions are virtual and will not be recorded.


A guest may attend in place of a BNHRC member and will be asked to include the BNHRC member's name on their registration. 



Featured Topic: Leadership Development

Preview of a few questions we will discuss:

  • What are some attributes that leadership development in your workforce focuses on, or that you wish would be focused on?
  • How is brainstorming and creative thinking encouraged so that ideas can come from leaders as well as from others?
  • What are some resources that your workforce uses for leadership development?
