About the presentation: Although the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) has been around for more than 25 years, the rules around FMLA remain cumbersome and confusing. In this session, we will explore unique and tricky situations under the FMLA to help you gain a better understanding of the law and ensure you have the knowledge needed to address those vexing real-life situations. This session will incorporate cases, as well as case studies, to ensure you leave informed and ready to handle the unexpected.

Re-certification Credits: 1 hour general HRCI and 1 SHRM professional development credit (PDC) will be shared with attendees after the meeting.
