Effective leaders can align a team to help an organization achieve its vision, and there are many approaches available to do just that. The foundation for them all is Continuous Performance Management (CPM). Joe Rotella, a SHRM top-rated speaker and contributor to the SHRM Learning System, asks you to look inward at yourself and your organization to evaluate how effective you are as a leader. He shares ten questions that provide insight into what makes CPM work. By asking yourself these questions, you’ll see where you can adjust your leadership approach to become more effective.
