June BNHRC Chapter Meeting: REACHing Your High Potential Employees

Presentation Overview: 

During this presentation, we will review Afni’s leadership succession planning process and the new High Potential Development program, REACH.

We will cover the phases of succession planning, the delineation between the traditional HR Business Partner (HRBP) tasks and Learning & Development (L&D) tasks, and how to market the key elements of a strong internal program.

The REACH Program was created to offer structured development to individuals who have been identified as having the capability and/or capacity to grow in their skillsets and contributions to team, department and company. There are currently 150 REACH participants at Afni.

The session will include the key programmatic elements and how you can get started on your own corporate program to REACH your high potential employees!

RE-CERTIFICATION CREDITS AVAILABLE! 1 hour general HRCI and 1 SHRM PDC will be shared with attendees after the meeting.
