The Bloomington-Normal Human Resource Council (BNHRC) is an award-winning, not-for-profit, membership-based organization. Founded in 1964, BNHRC was established to enhance professional development in all phases of human resource administration and employee relations through the exchange of relevant knowledge and experience among members and through programs provided.
